Is Mesher Live a CCTV camera?
It is positioned as an edge intelligence system for defined operational tasks. A conventional camera primarily records footage, while Mesher Live can interpret configured activity and create operational information.
Does Mesher Live need to send continuous video to the cloud?
Not necessarily. Processing can occur locally, and a deployment can be configured to transmit defined events, counts or metadata rather than continuous video.
Does it identify people?
Facial identification is not implied or enabled by default. Anonymous measurement should be used whenever personal identification is unnecessary for the agreed operational purpose.
Can visual events be combined with machine signals?
Yes, where the application is engineered for it. Vision events can be considered alongside Mesher Sense sensor data to provide wider operating context.
